Service Level Agreement
PIE provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to our customers that includes Hardware Replacement and Network Uptime guarantees.

Privacy Policy
At PIE we recognize that privacy is important. This document outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use PIE’s services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard information.

Copyright Infringement Policy
PIE customers are required to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the instructions in the Copyright Infringement Policy to notify us.

Unsolicited E-Mail Abuse
At PIE we do our best to protect the Internet from Unsolicited Bulk E-Mail. We have Zero tolerance for this type of activities on our network. As a good Net Citizen, If we find that a customer of PIE is sending mail Unsolicited, their account will be suspended.
